Our Process

1. Initial Consultation: We start with a detailed consultation to understand your family’s needs, values, and childcare preferences. This helps us tailor our search to find the perfect caregiver for you.

2. Personalized Matching: Based on your family’s profile, we carefully match you with candidates who align with your needs. We provide detailed profiles and facilitate meetings to ensure a good fit. Each candidate undergoes thorough background checks, interviews, and reference verifications. We ensure they are not only qualified, but also a great fit for your family’s dynamics. You will have the opportunity to review and interview candidates until you find the ideal match.

3. Ongoing Support: We maintain open communication and provide continuous support throughout the placement and beyond. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful experience for both your family and the nanny.

Nanny Placement Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of $300 is required upon submitting your application to begin the search process. The placement fee is due once the family offers a position and the nanny accepts. 

• $2,000 for a full-time nanny placement

• $1,800 for a part-time nanny placement

• $200 per week for a temporary nanny placement (1-10 weeks, $200-$2,000)

• $2,000 for a Newborn Care Specialist 

• $2,000 for a Household Manager 

Babysitting Placement Fees 

• Babysitter placement has a one-time registration fee of $100. A $20 service fee is charged each day that babysitting is requested.

  • 1 child: $25.00

  • 2 children: $28.00

  • 3 children: $31.00

  • 4 children: $34.00

  • 5+ children: Please inquire directly 

• Hotel babysitting has a one-time registration fee of $50. A fee of $20 is charged for each day childcare services are needed. The rates above apply. 

• Wedding babysitting services has a one-time registration fee of $150. Each nanny service day incurs a fee of $20 per nanny. Wedding Babysitters charge an hourly rate starting at $30+, with a four-hour minimum dependent on the age of your children.
